Coaching is a collaborative relationship formed between a coach and a coachee for the purpose of attaining professional or personal development outcomes which are valued by the coachee. My executive coaching is firmly rooted in evidence based individual and organisational psychology. I offer 6-month and 12-month packages as well as a "C-suite"package with increased availability and five different psychological assessments.
Team coaching is not only coaching in a group setting. It is about improving the function of the team itself. We explore the different facets of high performing teams and work together to optimise the team's functioning.
I also offer workshops on individual and group improvement. These range from performance related topics (self-awareness, motivation and how to achieve peak performance), resilience and metal toughness building to leadership theories and understanding complex adaptive systems.
I regularly assist organisations with designing and delivering large scale organisational improvement programs. What kind of organisation do you want to create? Together we design a program suited for your organisation to bring out the very best. It typically involves addressing the organisation's culture, work climate and leadership behaviours and is a mix of workshops and coaching (individual and team).
I am a certified user of the psychological assessments developed by Hogan Assessments Systems - the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). These are some of the most valid and reliable personality tests available and are based on the "Big Five" personality theory. I am also certified to administer the MTQ Plus/48, which measures mental toughness and Strengths Profile, which identifies strengths and weaknesses. Together with executive coaching, these assessments can form an extremely valuable starting point on your improvement journey. They can also raise the awareness of individual differences within teams.
